What is real: neuron positions (FlyWire FAFB v783 soma coordinates), circuit weights (real synaptic counts), ORN responses (de Bruyne 2014 electrophysiology), predictions (your 4 trained models).

What is stochastic: the per-frame spiking animation. Firing probabilities are derived from mean activity per odorant — the exact spike timings are generated, not measured.

Hazard scents: compound ORN vectors are approximations based on Marshall et al. 2010 (Chem Senses). Radioactive entries have no published data and are speculative.
